Manchester United beat Portsmouth 3-1 on penalties to win the first silverware of the season.It was really funny watching this game because the moment they went to penalties i said to myself Portsmouth will win, because i have more faith in James as a goalkeeper than i do in Van Der Saar, but as soon as Diarra missed the first penalty, I said to myself, its over Manchester United won.
Is it just me or did Crouch and Defoe not work as well as we all thought they were?
Oh! and what did we all think about Gary "Wheelchair" Neville playing after what seems like an eternity?
Carlos Tevez is a much better player than he was when he arrived at Manchester United, with Ronaldo injured until October, someone is going to have to step up and i think it will be Tevez.
Congratulations to Manchester United.
